At the start of the program you define a specific goal or behavioral change you’ve been unable to achieve so far. Like what, you ask?

Using the results of an individual online assessment, we tap into where you are now and pinpoint what specifically needs to shift to achieve your goal. Then we go about doing the work to align your thinking and your actions.

In eight weeks you learn how to be in control of your thinking instead of your thinking being in control of you. It’s not motivational affirmation stuff. (Which does have its place.) It’s neuroscience made simple.

About your coach/trainer

I’ve been a coach for more than two decades and am certified as a Professional, Executive and Team Coach. I’m also one of an elite number of coaches who have been trained and certified as an Axiogenics coach.

I’m one of those fortunate people who stumbled upon the work I love and am able to make a living doing it. Just as with my executive coaching clients, I'm committed to doing everything I can to support you on the path to achieving your goal. That's a promise.

What?

Each session features instruction, exercises and strategies for self-leadership along with group discussion and Q&A time.

When?

Virtual coaching/training class meets once a week for 8 weeks. We're in the middle of a cohort now,  but check back here for the dates of upcoming sessions.

Where?

Our sessions will be over Zoom. Even though I highly encourage you to attend live, the sessions will be recorded for playback.

You need the right tools. You'll get them here.

Each session features instruction about new concepts and tools, exercises to build skills and enhance learning, and strategies to incorporate new skills into everyday living. There's also time for group discussion, Q&A and sharing insights.

You follow a proven process.

Weekly sessions follow a specific, step-by step-process beginning with setting your own objective/goal for the program and ending with strategies to support our ongoing use of skills learned. You will change for the better, in a permanent way, when you regularly use the skills and tools from the program!

What’s Different About This Cohort?

This is an inaugural/beta Group Coaching Program. I’ve coached many people through this program, but not in a group setting. That’s why I’ve significantly dropped the fee for this cohort.

If, throughout the program you have suggestions for improvements, I trust you’ll let me know what could make the experience better.

Devote just .0074% of your time!

Sessions take place via Zoom and recorded for playback. However, I strongly recommend attending each session live. Of the 1,344 hours in 8 weeks, the live sessions require only 10 hours total. That’s just .0074% of your time over two months. There IS time for this important work when you're ready and committed. You'll finally break past patterns and create a new way of being and accomplishing what means the most to you.

Know EXACTLY how you think.

At the start of the program you’ll take an online assessment (about 20 minutes). During the program you’ll receive your private, individual report, featuring 12 of your most impactful perspectives (some helpful patterns and some unhelpful habits, too.) There are 36 perspectives in total, and you’ll ultimately know where you land on every one of them! Armed with that information, you're in control of what's going on in your head and guiding your actions. It's crazy powerful.

LinkedIn Group

A private LinkedIn group, open only to Self-Leadership participants. There, further learning, discussions, questions, etc. are shared with others if you wish. Accountability partnerships can also be established if desired.

Private Coaching

Two (2) 30-minute 1:1’s with me. One at the start of the program and one to be used later at your discretion, up to two weeks after the conclusion of the program. The first session is to make certain you are set up for success.

Collateral Material

All forms and reports for use during the program are yours to keep, use and review in support of your Self-Leadership training effort.

Learn at your pace on your schedule.

Each participant has a unique member logon to the Self-Leadership LMS. There, lessons can be read, practiced, tested and tracked when it's best for your schedule. Work outside of the weekly sessions is discussed in the weekly sessions and supported by reading and exercises found in the LMS.

Your access to the LMS doesn't expire! You may take yourself through all or parts of the program again, anytime. You learn what you need to know in eight weeks. Deepening your practice can be continued for a lifetime, at zero extra cost.
