Coaching Agreement

  • Coach

    1. I agree to serve as your executive coach – to partner with you to identify and achieve your goals as described at the start of the engagement./li>
    2. As your coach, I cannot guarantee results. You will create powerful results by having the determination to make the changes you want to see.
    3. During the time we spend together in our coaching sessions, I’ll devote my time, thoughts, expertise and energy to you exclusively. Outside of our scheduled sessions I'm available via email and telephone/ZOOM meetings as unexpected and/or urgent needs arise.
    4. I’m trained as a professional coach, not as a psychotherapist or physician nor am I trained in diagnosing any psychological or medical conditions. If any issues come up for you that should be handled by a licensed physician or therapist, I will recommend that you attend to your health and contact the appropriate professional.
    5. As your coach, I bring in-depth inquiries/questions, attentive listening, understanding, support, targeted ideas, and suggestions for solutions. You can expect me to challenge you, offer fresh perspectives, make requests (including assigning commitments), acknowledge your achievements and guarantee complete confidentiality.
